Coronation Street’s Kym Marsh had two famous husbands before she met her “soul mate”.

Former Coronation Street star Kym Marsh recently told the world she has met her “soulmate”. Kym, 48, shared a snap of herself kissing Samuel, her 101 Dalmatians: The Musical co-star, and described the 29-year-old as the “most amazing man”.

Captioning the lovey-dovey selfie on Instagram, Kym wrote: “Met the most amazing man ever! Sometimes the most unexpected things happen at the most unexpected times. @samuelthomasuk I love you #gorgeous #soulmate #loveyou.”

The new romance blossomed after Kym, from Whiston, split from her third husband Scott Ratcliff. She and Scott split 19 months after their wedding in October 2021. Kym has two children, David and Emilie, with building contractor Dave Cunliffe, who she met in Whiston. They met in 1994 and were engaged, but the relationship was not to last and they split in 1999.

Kym later fell in love with EastEnders heartthrob Jack Ryder, who was then a household name for his role as Jamie Mitchell. Kym met Jack, who was known for his signature blonde curtains, in the BBC canteen when she and her band Hear’Say were performing on Top of the Pops.

They married in 2002 and settled in St Albans, Hertfordshire, but because Kym wanted roles in the north-west and to be closer to her family, they moved to Manchester in 2004, the Mirror reported. She landed the role of Michelle Connor in Coronation Street in 2006, and two years later she and Jack split.

In 2009, Kym announced her relationship with Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas, who plays Warren Fox in the soap opera. She became pregnant in 2010, but went into labour at just 21 weeks and her son Archie died minutes after birth.

They had a daughter, Polly, in March 2011 and married in 2012. However, the couple separated in 2013 and divorced the following year. Kym later dated and became engaged to personal trainer Dan Hooper, but the two went their separate ways in 2015. Kym then met her third husband, Scott, in June 2018.
