Reba McEntire announces she will sing on “Happy’s Place”; theme song in the works

Reba McEntire sings on Happy’s Place and revealed that she is working on the title song.

“It’s written and we’re recording it at the end of this month,” McEntire said of the show’s theme song at the 2024 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour. “I hope you like it.”

McEntire sang the theme song “I’m a Survivor” from her 2001 sitcom Rebawhich recently took on a life of its own and became a trending audio on TikTok.

In Happy’s PlaceIn “The Last Chance,” McEntire plays Bobbie, who inherits her father’s restaurant and isn’t thrilled when she discovers she has a new business partner she never knew she had in her half-sister Isabella (played by Belissa Escobedo).

McEntire’s musical talent will also be used in the show, as she revealed that the tavern where the series takes place has a stage where the singer can perform. With McEntire’s return to The voice As a coach, she revealed that season 26 coaches Michael Bublé and Snoop Dogg have expressed interest in guest appearances on the sitcom.

Happy’s Place brings McEntire back together with her Reba Co-star Melissa Peterman. The sitcom also stars Pablo Castelblanco, Tokala Black Elk and Rex Linn.
