From a new job and a new girlfriend (49 years younger than him!) to annoying Tom Brady and watching Taylor Swift in Europe

Bill Belichick began his 2024 with a loss in his final game as coach of the New England Patriots.

It wasn’t public knowledge at the time, but months later it was confirmed that Belichick would leave New England after 24 seasons as coach of the Patriots.

After going through the coaching carousel and coming out the other side without a job in the NFL, Belichick is now beginning his very special summer.

Belichick has been having fun with his 23-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson lately, spending a lot of time relaxing and “living life to the fullest.”

With this new woman in his life, Belichick has apparently realized, according to an insider, that there is more to life than football.

In recent weeks, Belichick has been spotted on his boat, on his bike, and just enjoying himself with Hudson on Nantucket, continuing his summer of rest and relaxation.

But he also made plenty of time for his free time. For example, Belichick traveled across the pond to Amsterdam to see one of Taylor Swift’s shows on her “Eras Tour.”

It’s not clear if Hudson accompanied him, but he ended up meeting Travis Kelce in a luxury box for the show.

Of course, Belichick doesn’t stay away from his former Patriots players – or from football.

Earlier this summer, he delivered a fantastic performance on the Netflix special “The Roast of Tom Brady.”

“There’s a lot of mean things being said about Tom tonight, I wonder why they invited me,” Belichick said with a laugh during the event.

“Seriously, I’m so honored to be here to watch the Tom Brady roast on Netflix…not to be confused with the 10-part Bill Belichick roast during the Apple TV documentary.”

This is a reference to “The Dynasty,” an Apple TV documentary that appears to paint a negative picture of Belichick.

Belichick also played a prominent role in Brady’s Patriots Hall of Fame induction ceremony in June.

But now the coaching icon has a new future ahead of him: television. Belichick, who famously had a frosty relationship with the media, will now join them as an active member.

Not only does he have a standing invitation to appear on the Manningcast during ESPN’s Monday Night Football coverage, but it was recently announced that Belichick will take on a new role as an analyst for Inside the NFL.

Joined by host and Super Bowl-winning safety Ryan Clark, Pro Bowl wide receiver Chad Johnson and two-time Super Bowl-winning defensive end Chris Long, Belichick will analyze and break down the NFL’s biggest talking points on the weekly show, which begins Friday, August 30.

“I am thrilled to join my new team at NFL Films and work on such a historic television franchise,” Belichick said.

“I’ve always appreciated the in-depth analysis of ‘Inside the NFL’ and hope to bring the same in-depth insight to The CW next season by talking about real football with real pros – Ryan, Chris and Chad.”

But until the NFL season officially begins, Belichick will continue to enjoy his life and his new relationship before finally getting back to work.
